We found Smart'n Construction on the internet, as we talked, he emailed me updated floorplans and photos of the projects he was working on at the time. He told me I could customize my house to accommodate my golf stimulator, also adding solar panels on the roof. I interviewed 5 contractors, and he was the only man that would accommodate my golf stimulator and flexing the floorplans to our family needs. The deadlines were accomplished with us moving into our home from South Carolina. Smart'n Construction does top notch work, great quality and Derek is a straightforward guy that I would recommend to family, friends and anyone in-between.
